A weekly Copilot agent that scans local government sites in every city where our multifamily properties sit, and flags which housing policies are new versus already being discussed.
What I did
Using Copilot, I set up an agent that visits the local government sites of every city where our multifamily properties are located. On a schedule, it reviews the current policies that affect multifamily housing, such as zoning, landlord policies, and tenant rights.
What made it interesting
The agent runs once a week and compares its findings to the previous week’s output. That shows the difference between:
- Bills that have been under discussion for a while, and
- What’s new in the pipeline.
Instead of someone checking dozens of city websites by hand, the team gets a weekly view of what’s changing and where.
